Real Stories. Real Conversations. Real Impact.
I speak about the experiences many people live through but few openly talk about, especially within South Asian communities.
My work gives language to what is often hidden.
-
Divorce without shame
-
Cultural silence and conditioning
-
Self-worth within relationships
-
Burnout and how the body keeps score
-
Motherhood and identity loss
-
Surviving a near-death experience
-
Rebuilding life after emotional collapse
My talks are raw, grounded, and deeply human.
They don’t just inspire, they make people feel seen.
I don’t speak from theory.
I speak from lived experience.
I speak about the experiences many people carry quietly especially within South Asian communities and bring them into honest, compassionate conversation.
From divorce without shame and cultural conditioning, to self-worth in relationships, burnout, motherhood, survival, and rebuilding after collapse my talks are rooted in lived experience, not theory.
They are raw, grounded, and deeply human.
I don’t aim to shock or perform. I aim to create recognition. The kind where someone in the audience thinks, “That’s me. I’ve felt that.”
Whether it’s a keynote, panel discussion, podcast, or community event, I hold space for meaningful dialogue/conversations that challenge stigma, question inherited narratives, and remind people they are not alone.
Because when we speak what was once silenced, something shifts.
